My Personality Assessment (Secret)

Ssshhh... be quiet...

From where I am right now, I managed to get the partial summary of that Manchester psycho test I took at about a month ago... This is supposed to reflect who I am so... well, here it is. Well, it's as if I'm talking this all as it is... I still have God to answer for what I do and think.

But, sshh... please don't tell others about this... (^_^(

Um.. I may be at my funny self sometimes but... well... you can never know... (^_^(

And, um... no time to edit further... and no time to check this entry... So here it is...

PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT

1 : Originality Though this person comes up with original ideas every now and then, such ideas are generally limited to his task at hand. He may occasionally try new approaches and generate new ideas although he may not verbalize and contribute these unless he is called upon to do so.

2 : Rule Consciousness A risk-taker. This person would be willing to question convention and challenge established assumptions. He is likely to make things up as he goes along, preferring new approaches to established procedures.

3 : Openness to Change This person could come up with imaginative thoughts and ideas. If he experiments with a procedure, he would do so to satisfy a need or a request. He would like to have some variety in his work to remain interested.

4 : Assertiveness This person would rather give way to others than assert himself, especially in the presence of authority or more assertive personalities. He ventures his ideas to support an approved stance and holding back when he suspects that people would not agree with what he has to say. He is generally deferential to people in charge.

5 : Social Confidence This person tends to avoid large social functions and when forced to mingle with others, he feels uneasy and ill prepared. He may act or give advice but he is hesitant in his decisions and actions. He encounters difficulties in putting other people at ease and lacks the social graces to lead others.

6 : Independence This person rarely opts to work on his problems alone except in cases of delicate or personal matter. He believes that he himself has the capacity to work on his own and prove his self-worth. He needs the proper motivation and orientation from his superiors to make him aware of his leadership capabilities.

7 : Competitiveness His drive to achieve is quite remarkable. He wishes to satisfy his desire for status by achieving success in business or in community life. He does not allow challenges to work against him; instead, he finds the challenges as opportunities to gain prestige, attain power or a higher standard of living, or to become socially prominent.

8 : Perfectionism This subject attempts to improve the quality of his work or projects but sometimes gives up for lack of time or insufficient knowledge. He aims to produce standard quality performance level, but needs pressure or follow up from superiors. He would benefit should he be required to take refresher courses or attend seminars for growth and development.

9 : Creativity The subject likes to devise and conceive new ideas. He is comfortable in coming up with imaginative ideas and putting these into action.

So... um.. that's it... So long... Time to disappear... (^_^(

But before that, God bless you all guys... Never stop praying.
