Other Comments During Leadership Training

Ok, if you have been reading my entry prior to this one you should get an idea what I'm trying to post here :-)

Alright, this has something to do with my growth areas. The previous one highlighted my positives; in this entry, I'll share to you what they think I should improve next. Let me remind you, to those who have read the previous, this is how selected peers thought of me. Peers, because they came from the same company I worked for holding at least supervisory positions. Selected, because I choose these 4 people for their opinions value very much to me. To those I selected (you know who you are!), consider yourselves complimented. :-)

So ok, here it is from the same photo album as before... Click this link if the image below is not that readable.

To the one who made the upper left comments, thank you very much. Though all of their thoughts are appreciated, this one really hit the cherry. He knows how to be objective and neutral on matters, but when the dart is fired off, he usually hits the mark accurately.

To the who wrote the upper right side, thanks also man. I choose him because of his frankness, him being opinionated on almost anything, including those that make you feel uncomfortable. Hehehehe.. peace.. But thanks again, dude.

To the charming lady who made the lower left, though we don't talk that much at work, I know that you are also opinionated and frank just like the previous one. But since we could not get to talk that much, I would like to hear how would someone like her think of me when things and situations made us distant to each other. But then again, thanks. You can buy coffee from me at a discounted price. Ok, that's a joke :-)

Well lastly to the lady who made the bottom right, I chose you because I have this admission to tell: I have been taking notes. One thing I liked about her is that she always speak what she do not want. I value it very much when she would say she don't like my shirt, for example, and I am challenged not to wear that again (which, maybe to her horror, I still do mostly). People like you help the world (or the office!) be a better place to live by pointing out what needs improving, and for that, I'm thanking you also.

So that's it, thank to you all again.
